This location is a lot better than the UWS location. This one is more traditional with the round tables and carts coming around, and food is pretty solid.

Great, traditional spot for dim sum. Went with my family (6ppl) around opening at 10:30 on a Saturday and was seated immediately. The space is clean and pretty spacious. Would recommend getting there early, as there was already a line when we got there. Dim sum was flavorful and the cart ladies are pretty quick. Some dishes were oilier than others, but the flavors were on point. My aunt who was visiting, loved this spot so much that she wanted to come back the next day. We did order a side of veggies and noticed that they did take a while to arrive. If you're in a hurry, would recommend ordering directly from the carts.

We had a party of 12. Reserved in advance. However, all must be there before they will seat you. One person was really late. So we had to wait for an hour extra because we lost our initial reservation. Once seated, the dim sum food arrived and the waitress gave us menus for kitchen items. Some of ordered dishes like Spring chicken, Steak in pepper sauce and Pork fried rice. All were GT, except for the Spring chicken which was Excellent!! So moist with the skin so crispy. The best I've ever had. Dim sum was really good too. Too many to single out. But the ones with Shrimp were my favorite. Waitress was friendly and stopped by frequently with more hot tea and cold water. Felt welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend and return. Only two unisex bathrooms available but had no issue using them. Small wait. Easy to find but definitely worth visiting Chinatown for a day so you can shop and eat. Parking is tough so bear that in mind.

Jing Fong catered a 2024 Chinese New Year celebration I attended. They did a fantastic job of providing three delicious meals to select from. There was beef, chicken and tofu. They provided chopsticks soy sauce and hot sauce. We had bottled water and sparkling water on hand because children were in attendance. The meal I enjoyed had chicken and definitely was enough for two meals for me. The rice was delicious and broccoli cooked the way I like. My mouth is watering thinking about the chicken! This was my first Chinese New Year celebration and I must say thanks to Jing Fong it's definitely memorable. I recommend them for catering or visit the restaurant when you enjoy China Town.

All day dim sum spots with carts are a dying breed in Los Angeles, so I was super excited to try this spot! It came highly recommended from a few folks and it didn't disappoint!! Service was quick and attentive. The space had a modern Chinese banquet vibe. We got the usual suspects: har gao, siew mai, fried turnip cake, char siew bao, chive dumplings, stuffed tofu skin, shrimp chee cheong fun, spare ribs w black bean, egg tarts, fried taro puff, thin shrimp egg rolls and lotus wrapped glutinous rice. EVERYTHING HIT THE SPOT but the faves of the table were the chive dumplings, spare ribs, glutinous rice, fried tarot puffs and chee cheong fun. The only thing I wouldn't order again would be the egg rolls but that's a personal preference. Tldr: Super authentic dim sum spot with a nice sit down vibe. DONT WALK: RUN

It's been way too long since I had dim sum in the city, so when the opportunity struck it was off to Jing Fong again like the good old days. We came on a gross snowy day (by design) so we were lucky there was no wait when we got here. It was a nice treat considering it was a weekend. The service was prompt and the food was all rolling out pretty much at a fast clip right at the open. They had all of our favorites and everything was pretty delicious with special mention regarding the turnip cakes, which were absolutely divine and perfectly done with even a nice little crispy crust. The other staples like shrimp rice rolls, spring rolls, meat balls, shrimp dumplings, shumai and others were all tasty and good. The service was also very good and pretty friendly. This place is a far cry in size from the old giant location but the food is still solid. You can't go wrong eating dim sum here and I'm glad they had plenty of food available in the carts going at all times. Great experience!
